Two deployment plans, both one-time fees. Optional ongoing support if you want it. No subscription required to use the system, no per-seat math, no hidden line items.

§ 01The Plans
Two paths. Both fully deployed.
Standard ships the core architecture. Premium ships the same core plus the advanced layer — vendor management, analytics, automation, risk scoring — configured to your team's actual workflow.
◆ Standard Deployment
Standard.
$3,500
One-time · Per deployment
The core pipeline architecture, configured and shipped — ready for production use on day one.
A price you can hold in your head. A scope you can hold in your hands.
§ 03Pricing Questions
The questions we hear. And honest answers.
Why one-time fees instead of a monthly subscription?
Because the value is in the architecture, not the access. Once your system is deployed, your team owns it. You do not pay rent on infrastructure that is already working. Ongoing support exists for the teams that want it — never as a gate.
What is actually customisable?
Premium includes field configuration tuned to your industry, vendor categories, deal stages renamed to your vocabulary, and integrations with tools your team already uses — most common: email, Slack, QuickBooks, accounting systems. Standard ships configured as we recommend; Premium ships configured as you operate.
Can pricing be negotiated?
The list price is the price. We hold it because it is calibrated to the work — not against a discount we are hoping you will ask for. If your situation is unusual (multi-team rollout, a deep integration project, or you are an early reference partner), we will talk scope honestly.
What if I outgrow Standard later?
You can upgrade to Premium at any point for the difference ($1,500) plus the configuration scope. We do not penalise the choice to start narrow — most teams should. The training path shows when each advanced feature usually earns its place.
Does the pilot count toward the deployment fee?
The pilot is free, and it stands on its own. If you choose to deploy after the pilot, you pay the Standard or Premium fee in full — but the work done during the pilot informs how we configure your deployment, so nothing is lost.
Book a Diagnostic
Test the architecture before you commit.
The pilot is always free. Four weeks with the system in your team's hands — at the end you'll know whether Standard, Premium, or neither is the right fit.
