Answers. Organised.

The questions teams ask before, during, and after the pilot — grouped by where you are in the journey. If yours is not here, the contact block at the bottom is a real inbox a real person reads.

§ 01Getting Started

Getting Started.

How do I request a pilot?

The Pilot page has the request form. It is short — name, company, sales team size, current pipeline tool. We reply within one business day with next steps.

What do I need to get started?

An Airtable account (free) — that is the underlying platform. Five to ten deals from your existing pipeline you can use to test. One internal champion who will run the pilot for the first two weeks. That is the whole list.

How long does setup actually take?

About thirty minutes from invite to first deal logged. We send you a configured workspace; you accept the invite, walk through a short onboarding session with us (live or recorded — your choice), and you are operational.

§ 02During the Pilot

During the Pilot.

Can I invite my team?

Yes — one or two teammates during the pilot. We recommend bringing them in around week three, after you have felt the system yourself. That way their first impression is calibrated rather than confused.

What if it does not fit?

Then it does not fit — and that is genuinely useful information for both of us. The week-four conversation surfaces what would have helped. We part well and stay in touch for when the situation changes. No pressure, no follow-up sequences.

Can I extend the pilot beyond four weeks?

Sometimes. If the team needs more time to surface a real verdict — typically because of a quieter sales quarter or a key decision-maker out of office — we will extend by two to four weeks at no cost. We do not extend pilots indefinitely; the cadence is what makes the conversation honest.

§ 03Features and Capabilities

Features and Capabilities.

What can I track in the pilot?

Six fields per deal: Deal ID (auto), Customer Name, Opportunity, Deal Value, Deal Stage (Registered / Qualified / Quoted / Won), and Submission Date. Across four pipeline views: Pipeline, Deal List, Dashboard, Calendar.

Can I customise fields?

In the pilot, no — the six fields are deliberately fixed, because the constraint is part of what makes the pilot diagnostic. In commercial deployment (Premium), yes — field configuration is part of how we tailor the system to your industry. See Advanced for the full set.

Does it integrate with my existing tools?

Premium deployment includes integrations with the tools most hardware teams already use — email, Slack, QuickBooks, common accounting systems. If you use something specific, mention it in the pilot request and we will tell you honestly whether it is in scope.

§ 04Commercial Deployment

Commercial Deployment.

What happens after the pilot?

A thirty-minute conversation about what worked. From there: Standard deployment, Premium deployment, another pilot round if the situation calls for it, or we part well. The decision is yours, not ours.

How much does it cost?

Standard is $3,500 one-time. Premium is $5,000 one-time. Both are per deployment — no per-seat fees, no subscriptions required. Optional ongoing support is $300–$500/month, cancellable any month. Full breakdown on Pricing.

What about ongoing support?

Standard includes thirty days post-launch; Premium includes sixty. After that, ongoing support is optional — most teams do not need it once the system is bedded in. If you do, the subscription tier covers tuning, quarterly architecture reviews, and priority issue response.

How long does commercial deployment take?

Standard: two to three weeks from kickoff to live system. Premium: four to six weeks, depending on integration scope. Because the pilot gives us a calibrated starting point, deployment moves faster than it would from cold.

§ 05Technical and Data

Technical and Data.

Is my data safe?

Your data lives in your own Airtable workspace — not on a Briel server. You control access, permissions, and audit logs through Airtable directly. We never read or store your deal data on our infrastructure.

What is the uptime guarantee?

Because the system runs on Airtable, uptime is Airtable's published SLA — historically above 99.9%. We do not add a layer that could fail; we configure the layer that is already proven.

Can I export my data?

Any time — CSV, JSON, or direct API access. Because it is your Airtable workspace, the data is yours by default. We do not lock you in; if you ever leave, you walk away with everything intact.

What if Airtable changes their pricing or terms?

The architecture is platform-aware, not platform-locked. If Airtable becomes the wrong substrate, we have a migration path — the field schema, workflow logic, and integrations are documented in a portable spec. You would never have to rebuild from zero.
