§ 01The Workflow

What you are testing. In three steps.

ARKE | Partner is not a dashboard. It is a pipeline architecture — a way of moving deals from first contact to closed without the manual tracking that erodes signal.

01 · Log

Add your deals.

Log a deal in minutes. The fields are deliberately few — who, what, value. Nothing else is required.

02 · Move

Move through the pipeline.

Watch deals progress: Registered → Qualified → Quoted → Won.

03 · Read

Read the dashboard.

Pipeline health at a glance — stage distribution, deal velocity, value in motion. One screen, no hunting.

§ 02What You Track

Six fields. That is the whole intake.

Every additional field is noise dressed as rigour. The pilot ships with the six that carry signal, and only the six.

Deal ID
Auto-generated. You never have to invent one.
Customer Name
Who you are selling to.
Opportunity
What you are selling — a short line, not a proposal.
Deal Value
Dollar amount. Best estimate is fine.
Deal Stage
Registered, Qualified, Quoted, or Won.
Submission Date
When you logged it — auto-stamped.

Need to customise fields, add owners, or attach files? Those live in Advanced — introduced after the pilot, when you actually need them.

§ 03Your Four Weeks

A calm cadence. No surprises.

You will know what is happening at every point. Each week has a shape — and at the end, the decision is yours, not ours.

  1. Week 01 – 02Explore

    Get familiar.

Add five to ten deals from your existing pipeline. Move them through the stages. Get the feel of the system in your hands.

  2. Week 03Refine

    Bring in your team.

Invite one or two teammates. Note what helps — and what gets in the way. We listen, and we adjust.

  3. Week 04Decide

    A conversation, not a pitch.

We meet — thirty minutes — to talk about what worked, what did not, and whether commercial deployment makes sense.

  4. ThenYour Choice

Deploy, iterate, or stay in touch.

Three honest paths. Commercial deployment, another round of pilot iteration, or we part well and stay in touch for when timing changes.

Test the architecture before you commit to it. Clarity should arrive in weeks, not quarters.

§ 04Common Questions

Before you ask. The four we hear most.

How do I actually get started?

Create a free Airtable account — that is where the pilot runs. We send you a link, you accept the invite, and you are in. From request to first deal logged is usually about thirty minutes.

Do I need to know Airtable?

No. The pilot is designed to be intuitive — if you can fill in a spreadsheet, you can run this. We walk you through the first session, and the onboarding guide is one click away whenever you need it.

What if it does not fit after four weeks?

Then it does not fit — and that is useful information for both of us. We will talk about what would have helped, or we part well and stay in touch. No pressure, no follow-up sequences.

Can I invite my team?

Yes — one or two teammates during the pilot. Bringing in the people who will actually use the system is how you learn whether the architecture holds up under real conditions.

Request Pilot Access

Start with a conversation.

A short exchange to scope your workspace. No demos required, no sales calls scheduled. We set up your pilot within 30 minutes of your reply.
